Kerinci Birdwatching Club is a nonprofit organization which based in Sungai Penuh and Kerinci district. The club is under the assistance of Kerinci Seblat National Park authority. Its mission is to provide base data of bird in and around the national park and to build local foundation to address increasingly chronic pressure on bird habitat and population by conducting training, survey and monitoring and conservation education to raise and strengthen awareness.
